Today Martini Dolce is made by the Martinotti method, where the fermentation process is strictly monitored to guarantee a high quality of the product and to capture the natural sweetness of Moscato Bianco grapes. The assortment is characterized by an expressive aromatic profile, elegantly accentuated by the fine pearl and the soft texture of the drink.
